If you purchase services from us, you agree to pay all fees and charges in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cianata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cianata in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cianata operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
